Shipping and Handling:

We currently use USPS for shipping. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed when you add items to the shopping cart.

Please note that shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items and not based on the count or amount. You may, sometimes, find that shipping charges for a single strand of stone beads are higher as compared to multiple earrings.

Domestic (within USA):  Following options are available for shipping within United States:

• First Class (3-9 days)
• Priority (2-3 days)
• Express (next day delivery)

Please note that shipping schedule displayed here as well as when you add items in the cart is provided by USPS. We have no control over it and can not be held responsible for any delays. We ship all items within 1 business day after the payment is cleared.

Please note that currently we do not have local pickup available.

International:  International customers have the following options:

• Global Express Mail (EMS, 3-5 days)
• Airmail Letter Post(4-7 days)
• Economy (Surface) Letter Post (4-6 weeks)

International shipping charges do not include any fees charged by the customer's country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay all customs fees, taxes if any. 

All orders will be processed within 1 business day, once payment is cleared. All merchandise for retail customers is shipped from our warehouse in Virginia, USA.

Return/Exchange Policy:

  100% satisfaction is guaranteed.

You can return/exchange any item within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Shipping and Handling will be charged for all returns and exchanges. 

To return/exchange an item:

1. Email support@beadscorner.com for a Return Approval.
2. Pack the merchandise as you received it with all packaging and tags intact, and ship it back to us at your expense.
3. For your security, please return the package to us by an insured courier (FedEx, UPS or Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case your return is lost in transit. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Once your return is received, you will receive an e-mail notification.  Your money (less Shipping and Handling) will be refunded back to your credit card or paypal account used at the time of purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded. If free shipping offer was used, standard shipping and handling will be charged to the customer. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
